End to end Comments Tracking functionality requires the ALIM for Transportation web application. However, the Comment and Review Tracking plugin for ALIM Web provides the ability to submit documents to subsequently be reviewed in Comments Tracking. In addition, the following features are available when the ALIM Web Comment and Review Tracking Plugin is enabled:

• Final decisions made for reviewed documents are displayed in the document attributes topic
• Grid of workflow related to a document are displayed if the ALIM Web user has view permissions on the workflows
• Hyperlinks are provided from ALIM Web to AssetWise ALIM for Transportation for the related documents workflows
• Approved comments can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet
• Responses can be made on the exported spreadsheet and subsequently imported back into the system. Imported responses will be automatically displayed on the comments within ALIM for Transportation.
